FLVhosting.com is a good option if you are small potatoes.

They have starter packages starting at $10.o0, while a company like Kaltura will start you out at $250 – $300.

Pretty cheap for video streaming packages.  The technology works.

You are not going to get the quick video loading performance of a system like BitGravity.
